By participating in a workshop, I agree to and understand the following:

1. To reserve your space, payment must be received within 48 hours once your registration is confirmed.
   
   
2. Recordings of the sessions will be used for internal review, but they will not be available for participants. A summary PDF with the key information will be provided after each workshop.
   
   
3. I consent to having my photo taken through screenshots and being tagged in social media posts.
   
   
4. A strong internet connection is required, and participation is strongly encouraged by computer.  Full access to the activities and tools used is not guaranteed by connecting with a cell phone or tablet.
   
   
5. If the minimum of four participants isn’t reached, each participant will be given the option of a refund or credit towards attending a future workshop. 
   
   
6. If Daniel cannot offer a scheduled workshop, participants will be given the option of a refund or credit towards attending a future workshop.
   
   
7. Due to the personalized nature and limited spaces available, the payment for the workshop is nonrefundable.
   
   
8. I agree to respect the hard work that goes into this workshop series and intellectual property.  I will not distribute or publish the materials without prior consent.
   
   
9. If a participant is disrespectful or disruptive at any time Daniel reserves the right to cancel participation and no refund will be issued.
   
   
10. Daniel is not a legal or financial expert, and anything he says should not be taken as legal or financial advice.
