A New Constitution in Chile and a Newly Updated Website

In case anyone hasn’t been following the news in Chile, the creation of a new constitution has been approved in Chile. It happened on October 25th, 2020 after civil unrest at growing inequality, people feeling that those in power weren’t listening to them, and more. The vote was supposed to happen in April, but it was postponed due to the pandemic.

The next step is now the creation of a new constitution. In 2 years Chileans will then vote to accept or reject it. It’s still a long time away, but people were celebrating the victory, a little over one year when the civil unrest reached its breaking point.

To me, this showed that working towards what you believe in is worth it. It’s a sign of hope for the future, a better one for Chileans. If you’d like to read more about it in English, here is an article by Chile Today.

In the same way, I feel that I need to move forward with my hopes and dreams. I want to help teachers become the best versions of themselves and help my students achieve their goals related to English.

You are now reading this post on my improved and redesigned website. It was hard really taking a look at something that I spent so much time developing and deciding to invest the time and money to update it, but now that it’s done I’m happy about it. It feels like a new start, and it has given me the energy to keep going forward.

Thanks for reading and for all of your support.
