FREELANCE YOUR WAY TO FREEDOM WORKSHOP SERIES
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By participating in the workshop series, I agree to and understand the following:
- To reserve your space, payment must be received within 48 hours once your registration is confirmed.
- Recordings of the sessions will not be available, but there will be a summary PDF provided after each session.
- I consent to having my image used for promotional materials.
- A strong internet connection is required, and participation is strongly encouraged by computer. Full access to the activities and tools used is not guaranteed by connecting with a cell phone or tablet.
- Check-in sessions are available until 7 days after the last session of the workshop series. Rescheduling of check-in sessions must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to Daniel’s availability.
- If the minimum of four participants isn’t reached, each participant will be given a refund and priority to participate in a future workshop series.
- If Daniel cannot complete the workshop series, a pro-rated refund will be given based on the session that have taken place and participants will be given the option to work together to find a time to complete the remaining sessions at a later date.
- Due to the personalized nature and limited spaces available, the payment for the workshop series is nonrefundable.
- I agree to respect the hard work that goes into this workshop series and intellectual property. I will not distribute or publish the materials without prior consent.
- This workshop series is based on working as a freelance teacher in Chile. Other parts of the world may have different systems and expectations that are not presented in the workshop.
- If a participant is disrespectful, disruptive, or in violation of the terms and conditions at any point Daniel reserves the right to cancel participation and no refund will be issued.
- Daniel is not a legal or financial expert, and anything he says should not be taken as legal or financial advice.
- Due to many factors beyond Daniel’s control there is no guarantee of results after completing the workshop series; success is dependent upon the actions you take.
